Concrete is unforgiving. You either get it right the first time or you get to look at the mistakes for thirty years. DLI has been pouring concrete on Long Island since 1989, and we’ve poured for everything from luxury home foundations to commercial slabs to institutional courtyards.
Our concrete work covers the full range: foundation walls and footings, slabs and pads, sidewalks and walkways, curbs and Belgian-block borders, stamped and decorative finishes, and repair work on existing concrete. Every pour is properly formed, properly reinforced, properly placed, and properly cured.
The keys to good concrete are subgrade preparation (which we control because we’re also doing the excavation and grading), proper rebar and mesh, the right mix design for the application and the weather, and crews who actually know how to finish what they pour. Our masons and concrete crews have worked together for decades.
For the bigger commercial and institutional jobs, we coordinate with engineers on mix specs and inspection schedules. For residential, we explain what we’re doing in plain English and let homeowners watch the work if they want to.
Every job, every scale, follows the same disciplined sequence. No surprises.
We come to you. Walk the property, understand the conditions, identify the constraints — access, utilities, drainage, neighbors.
A detailed estimate based on what we actually see — not a guess from a phone call. Every line item explained.
Equipment and crew show up when scheduled. Owned fleet means no rental-availability delays.
Site finished to spec, debris removed, ready for the next phase — whether that's our crews or someone else's.
From single-lot work to acres of bulk earthmoving — we've done it. Tell us what you're working on.
