Demolition
At Any Scale.

Tear-downs, partial demolition, and concrete removal. From single-family tear downs to commercial structures, demolished and hauled clean

Demolition is one of those jobs where the price is only half the story — what really matters is what your site looks like when we’re done. Clean, level, ready for the next phase, and free of debris. That’s what DLI delivers.

We handle full structure tear-downs for new construction, partial demolition for renovation projects, concrete and asphalt removal, foundation breakouts, and pool removals with proper fill and compaction. Every job includes proper permits, utility disconnects coordinated with the right authorities, and clean disposal of all debris.

Long Island demolition has become more regulated over the last decade — there are tipping fees, recycling requirements, and asbestos protocols to follow. We handle all of it, and we keep documentation so you have what you need for inspections and resale.

For larger commercial demolitions or anything involving hazardous materials, we coordinate with licensed abatement specialists before our crews go in. Safety first, every time.

How We Work

A Predictable
Process.

Every job, every scale, follows the same disciplined sequence. No surprises.

01

Walk The Site

We come to you. Walk the property, understand the conditions, identify the constraints — access, utilities, drainage, neighbors.

02

Real Estimate

A detailed estimate based on what we actually see — not a guess from a phone call. Every line item explained.

03

On-Time Mobilization

Equipment and crew show up when scheduled. Owned fleet means no rental-availability delays.

04

Clean Handoff

Site finished to spec, debris removed, ready for the next phase — whether that's our crews or someone else's.
